Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave

Speed, then a slower regression

I do not have an independent frame-rate number for Fortune's Weave. The cell stays empty on purpose. What the release notes do say is specific. Build 121 makes the game run at its intended 30 FPS instead of double speed, and it is also the note for NVN setup, 3D scenes and movies. Build 167 replaces a DLSS stand-in with FSR 3.1. The notes say no setting brings DLSS back. A 30 FPS target is the figure the project itself uses.

Which Forks has one report, on AMD. A separate note on build 202 and on v0.1.0-rc1 says black screen, then a crash. Issues 607 and 692 describe performance that got worse on a later build. Issue 582 is a black screen on v0.1.0-rc1. Issues 578 and 539 are night flicker at Dagsion. Issue 540 says voices are missing in cutscenes most of the time. Vibration problems are mentioned in the same cluster. None of those is a frame-rate integer I can put in the table.

Mainline build 167 or newer is the fork line I would start from, because that is where the upscaler change landed. rdenno is not the name attached to this title. If a page elsewhere quotes 60 FPS for this game, it is not from the sources I used on 2026-11-07.

Questions

Why is the FPS cell empty?

No independent report included a number. The project talks about a 30 FPS target and a double-speed bug, which is not the same as a measured frame rate on a named GPU.

Does FSR mean DLSS still works?

Build 167โ€™s notes say FSR 3.1 replaces the stand-in and that no setting restores DLSS.
