How to read the table
The project readme only names two titles in prose: Mario Kart World at “decent/full speed depending on specs and configurations,” and Splatoon Raiders at “variable performances.” It says a support list will come later. Everything else in the table is a community compilation, mostly Which Forks, which I count as one source even when it summarizes many posts.
A blank FPS cell means no number was published. Two numbers for the same game stay as two numbers. Ocarina of Time is the clearest case: a 21 FPS median across the numeric reports, and a separate Lichii build 80 report at 54–60 FPS.

Questions
Does “Playable” mean full speed?
No. Playable here means reports say the game boots and can be played, often with a cap, a crash, or a visual bug still open.
Why do some games have no page?
A detail page needs enough distinct reporting. Games with one thin report stay as a row so the table is complete without a padded article.
