Troubleshooting Eglantine
Start from the sentence you see
The useful split is the sentence, not the game logo. A window that closes is crash on launch. A window that sits on “Launching” is stuck on Launching. A picture that never draws is black screen. A game that moves slowly, or a frame-generation toggle that does nothing, is low FPS. The phrase “outdated ROM format” has its own page because people search it, and because I could not find that phrase in the repository.
Purple Bananza is not a fifth essay. Build 205’s notes own that bug, and the game page carries it. When you open a GitHub issue, the form asks for the build, the game version, CPU, GPU, driver, settings, steps, a screenshot and a log. Lichii’s readme asks for the same kind of list. The log menu is still labeled Open Eden Folder.

Questions
Which log do I attach?
File, Open Eden Folder, Log Folder. After the rename, also look under a folder named eglantine.
Should I try a random repack first?
No. Change one thing: the official zip, then the build number, then a documented switch. Repacks are a safety problem, not a troubleshooting step.
